What kind of social events do you plan?
Any and all of them! We plan all kinds of milestone celebrations and social gatherings: birthdays, anniversary parties, family reunion weekends, retirement celebrations, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, holiday gatherings, dinner parties, and any special occasion worth celebrating. If you can dream it, we can do it!
Do I need to book full-service planning, or can I just get help with some light planning options?
We’re flexible! We want to make our services work for you, not the other way around, which is why we offer a range of options including light planning. Some clients want full planning from venue selection through day-of execution, while others need help with catering coordination and staffing, or even just day-of coordination for an event they've mostly planned themselves. We'll discuss what you need and create a service package that fits your needs, timeline, and budget.
How far in advance should I book a milestone celebration?
For larger milestone parties (50+ guests) or events during popular times (summer weekends, December holidays), we recommend booking up to 6 months in advance. For smaller gatherings or off-peak dates, 4-6 weeks is typically fine. If your celebration is coming up soon, don’t hesitate to reach out because we've coordinated beautiful events on short timelines and can let you know what's possible.
What’s the difference between your planning for social events and for weddings?
While the planning process is similar, social events are typically a bit more relaxed and flexible than weddings, as there's less tradition to follow and more wiggle room for creativity and personalization. So while our social event planning includes the same comprehensive coordination (venue, catering, timeline, staffing), it’s often less formal and can be customized more freely to match your style and budget. Social events also usually have shorter planning timelines and require fewer on-site coordinators than weddings.
Can you do events at my home?
Absolutely! We coordinate many celebrations at clients' homes, handling everything from catering and rentals to staffing and day-of logistics. We can help you figure out what you need (tables, chairs, linens, tents if it's outdoors), coordinate deliveries and setup, provide professional staff for service, and manage cleanup so you can host in the comfort of your own space. We can even coordinate details like restroom trailers or a garbage pick up your event concludes! This is part of our Signature Service – always going the extra mile to ensure your logistics are thought through.
