That's where we come in: We take your design plan (anything from Pinterest boards to vendor quotes to detailed lists), coordinate all rental orders and delivery schedules, communicate with vendors, and handle complete installation and breakdown on event day. If you're a DIY planner who’s done the creative work but wants professionals to handle the logistics and physical setup, this one's for you.
Installation Only
Having professionals set up and breakdown your decor and rentals is perfect for hosts who’ve already got the planning handled, but want a team to handle the coordination and ensure your vision is executed without having to complete the finishing touches yourself!
Your rentals have been ordered and the deliveries are coordinated, so here's where we come in. We’ll provide the team to set everything up beautifully and break it all down once the last guest has left. Our staff handles table setup, linen placement, centerpiece arrangement, lighting installation, and all the physical work of transforming your venue according to your specifications.

What’s included in your party decorations set up services?
For large conferences and galas, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to secure preferred venues and vendors. For smaller team events and executive meetings, 2-3 months is typically sufficient. That said, we've successfully coordinated corporate events on shorter timelines, so reach out and we'll let you know what's realistic for your date and scope.
Do I need to have my decor design finalized before hiring you?
Not at all! We can help at any stage. If you have a clear vision and mood board, we’ll execute it. If you need design guidance and recommendations, we can provide that too. Many clients come to us with a general idea and ask that we help refine it into a cohesive, achievable design that fits their budget and venue.
Do you provide the decorations?
While we don’t provide the decorations themselves, we do coordinate with rental and decor companies to source everything you need: linens, centerpieces, furniture, lighting, and more. We can also create an Amazon wish list full of items needed to create the look you want. We have strong relationships with vendors and handle all ordering, delivery coordination, and communication. This approach gives you access to a much wider selection than if we only offered our own inventory.
How far in advance is best to book decor set up services?
For weddings and large events, we recommend booking at least 2-3+ months in advance, especially during peak season (May-October). For smaller celebrations like birthday parties or dinner events, 4-6 weeks is typically sufficient. The earlier you book, the more time we have to refine your design and coordinate rentals.
